Drug users (DU) are vulnerable to sexually transmitted infections (STI). Many have risk behaviors as consumption of multiple substances, inconsistent use of condoms with casual partners,1 exchange of sex for money and/or drugs,2 and sexual relationship with a STI carrier.3 The history of STI and the syndromic approach are low cost strategies used to identify the most vulnerable groups to these infections.
