Paraurethral duct dilatation is a sequela of gonococcal inflammation of the paraurethral glands in male patients.1 2 We treated 20 men (mean age, 42.1±14.4 years; range, 18–68 years) with paraurethral duct dilatation following gonococcal inflammation of the paraurethral glands using a 50 W CO2 laser instrument (JC40–C; Shanghai Jiading Photoelectric Instrument Plant, Shanghai, China) with a pulse frequency range of 2.5–25 Hz from January 2011 to December 2016.
