Dear Editor
We report the case of a 68-year-old man suffering only from hypertension who presented with a 1-month history of severe itching of the genital and inguinal area. On physical examination, there were erythematous and excoriated patches on the pubic region and groins due to scratching, and intensely itchy erythematous nodules on the penis and scrotum.
