AB  - Administration of a single oral dose of 1.5 g ornidazole to volunteers produced plasma levels which remained above the mean minimal trichomonicidal concentration for between 54 and 72 hours. A subjective feeling of dizziness was observed by all volunteers, but it was not possible to make a correlation between this and the drug levels in this study.
