The histopathological features were consistent with giant condylomata acuminata. After successful treatment with 5-fluorouracil cream and electrocautery some growth recurred at the excision site. Subtotal amputation of the penis was performed to remove the warty base. Because of the infective component of giant condylomata acuminata patients as well as their wives should be examined regularly.
