In addition, services often lack insight into the barriers, including the need for inclusive policies, which prevent individuals from engaging.2 The BASHH Gender and Sexual Minorities Recommendations for Integrated Sexual Health Services for Trans, Including Non-Binary, People3 were created to ensure the provision of appropriate SH services for all trans people. The guidance comprises recommendations for service design and for clinical assessment.Recommendations for services are based on ensuring inclusivity by the provision of gender-neutral registration forms, waiting and examination rooms, and toilets.
