Twelve patients withdrew or were lost to follow-up—for these patients no time data were recorded (three men (two standard of care (SOC) and one non-invasive testing (NIT)) and nine women (three SOC and six NIT) (see figure 1: CONSORT diagram). In addition, there were five patients with no consultation and screening times (five men (two SOC and three NIT)) and 55 patients with no venepuncture times (31 men (19 SOC and 12 NIT), 24 women (16 SOC and eight NIT)).
